What counts as a site?
One physical office location. Desks, meeting rooms, car parks, visitors and users at that site are all included — there is no per-user charge.
How much is Pro?
£39 per site per month, or £390 per site per year if you pay annually, which gives you two months free.
How does the Nightingale bundle discount work?
When your organisation subscribes to three or more Nightingale apps, we take 20% off qualifying recurring subscription charges. The annual price is applied first, then the bundle discount is taken off that amount.
Can I mix monthly and annual?
Each subscription is billed on one cycle. You can switch between monthly and annual at any renewal, and the bundle discount continues to apply while you hold three or more apps.
What happens if we drop below three apps?
The 20% bundle discount stops applying from the next renewal. Your Pro price returns to the standard monthly or annual rate.
Is Starter really free?
Yes — one site, one car park and 15 desks, forever. Enterprise is quoted individually for larger, multi-region estates.
